The Julius Prague
The flagship of the house: 168 apartment-style residences on Senovážné náměstí, designed by Matteo Thun & Partners.
Why this city
Why Prague
Prague is where the own–develop–operate model was proven in full. A capital city with year-round international demand from both business and leisure travel, a compact historic centre where prime buildings are scarce, and a natural home market for a Czech qualified-investor fund. The Julius Prague is the proof case the rest of the portfolio is built on.
The flagship
Designed by Matteo Thun. Painted by Mucha.
The Julius Prague stands on Senovážné náměstí, in the heart of the capital. Its 168 apartment-style residences were designed by Matteo Thun & Partners, with interiors inspired by Alphonse Mucha's autumnal palette — warm, layered, and unmistakably of the city.
It is a residence and a hotel at once: guests stay in apartments with their own kitchens and living rooms, while the house operates the building end to end — the brasserie, the meeting rooms, the terraces. This is the operating pillar of the fund's three sources of return, working in public view.
